Ok I created a simple survey on Survey Monkey. I ran into several internet connection problems but no site problems. I can see the value of this tool for my classroom when I am looking for feedback on a unit, an activity or the school year. This could easily be added to the classroom blog to provide anonymous feedback.

Hi Michelle, Great survey. Our PE teacher is all about sunscreen, I should share it with her. Have you tried the Google forms? Go to docs.google.com and choose new form. there are now templates for different looks. The reason I love these so much is that they port answers directly to a spreadsheet that you can then use like Excel, or export to Excel. There is also an analytic that automatically charts and graphs your results. Just something to check out, free and will proably stay that way. Keep up the good work! Alison
